JK SCIENCE Our Experience At our clinic, we have used metformin therapy successfully in patients with CC resistant PCOS. We find that obese PCOS have a better response with metformin therapy than the lean PCOS. This may be as obesity itself causes insulin resistance, and compounds the metabolic changes of PCOS.
